Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations. Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. May require 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Aerodynamics Performance Engineer (Aircraft Engines) - China - 2-5 years

Description:
Leading Chinese civil aerospace engine development organization are seeking a Technical Expert in the field of Aerodynamic performance testing for complete engine and components. This will involve the development of test validation strategies and implementation of tests for a range of technical areas including:-

* Engine compression systems (fan, booster stage, high pressure compressor)
* Combustion systems
* Engine turbo system (including high and low pressure turbine)

The work will also involve the technical coordination of domestic and foreign research organisations, as well as providing technical consultancy in the design and testing of civil aircraft whole & core engine systems & components.

This role uses plastics, structures, form & trim, important to have a complete seat engineer experience.

As a DSP Subsystems Firmware Engineer (Level 3), you will design and develop state-of-the-art, space-based communication systems for commercial, civil and/or national security programs. Description:
Tool Designer performs engineering work related to the design of complex tools and equipment used in the manufacture and support of company aircraft.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Tool Designer under minimal supervision, design, tolerance and annotate tooling in 3D CAD environment that will be used in the manufacture and support of company aircraft. 2. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing engineering and operations to determine optimal manufacturing procedures. 3. Present design concepts to a design review team composed of representatives from manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, operations, safety and other Tool Design Engineers. 4. Review and check Tool Designs, as required, to ensure conformance to specifications, intent, methods and procedures. 5. Write complex procedures on use of tools. 6. May act as Team Leader, assigning work tasks, maintaining work load schedules, and setting priorities to ensure timely completion of department goals and corporate objectives.

The Manufacturing /Tooling Engineer will work closely with many internal departments such as Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Planning. Responsible for effectively managing, coordinating and controlling new tooling design, sign-off, development, procurement and maintenance, ensuring quality and delivery meets expectations of the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of the tooling design, sign-off, development, procurement and maintenance process by providing leadership which generates a culture of empowerment, individual responsibility and stretch
Drive quality, efficiency and output across the plant, upholding the highest Health and Safety performance
Balance multiple designs and projects, acting as the primary point of contact for tooling needs.
