2269 - PROGRAM ANALYST - CHANGE MGMT - cv word doc only

Coordinate the teams and suppliers; remove roadblocks in order to ensure that aircraft changes are moving into the change management process rapidly and efficiently. Gather all necessary information required to implement the changes on the aircrafts (Flight test vehicles and production aircrafts) during the assembly process in Toronto et Montreal.

Participation in reviews including but not exclusive to Technical Interchange Meetings, Change Control Boards, Methods Configuration Groups and Configuration Management of product conformity to understand the end to end impact of the modifications.

Support or coordinate Engineering and special change management meetings with Suppliers and follow-up on actions as required.

Attend harmonization/Implementation planning meeting, follow-up on actions and work with natural team to ensure compliance with Program schedule.

Support, with all concerned stakeholders, the production final line for any change management related items to ensure seamless transfer of information.

Experience in documenting and tracking changes from all sources from initiation to complete implementation to the physical product including all Supplier materials such as commercial, technical, harmonized implementation plan in a timely manner.

Produce governance documentation required for reviews with Upper Management, communication with suppliers, team metrics, etc. Present material as required in the different forums.

Be responsible to coordinate the Change Board reviews, prepare necessary documentation or presentations and document/communicate decisions and actions to key stakeholders. Follow-up on project actions.

Gather and document Business Cases as required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with more than five (5) years of relevant work experience in the aerospace industry.

Specific knowledge of configuration management, change management and/or project management in aircraft is essential.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Possess very good negotiation skills.

Teamwork, customer orientation, leadership and innovation make you an effective person.

Are available to travel for short period of time in order to support the Toronto facility or meetings with suppliers.

Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is essential.
