CTS is seeking a detail oriented, dedicated and highly-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for covering front desk duties, as well as supporting office staff with administrative tasks and special projects. We are in search of recent graduates and/or individuals looking to work in an exciting and collaborative work environment!
Role and Responsibilities: • Cover front desk responsibilities, including but not limited to, answering and transferring phone calls, greeting and logging visitors, processing and delivering mail, and managing deliveries. • Coordinate and place office supply orders. Stock, clean and track office and kitchen supplies. • Help to process, submit and file employee verification requests and reports. • Help to support and coordinate staff and contractor orientations, weekly lunches, and provide additional event support for functions as needed. • Support company executives and other staff with administrative tasks and projects. • Support Sales and Human Resources Team with administrative tasks and projects. • Serve as point of contact for building and facilities related requests and work orders. Track and communicate work order status to office staff. • Partner with staff and contractors to submit proofs and orders for company business cards. May also assist with other print collateral and marketing campaign materials. • Work in concert with office staff to ensure efficiencies and manage information flow. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: • Entry level candidates/recent college graduates • Hardworking, punctual and reliable, with excellent professional attendance record • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across the organization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to think quickly and support tasks on a team and individual basis • Strong organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook • Background in customer service preferred
