Elaborate, participate, maintain and improve an industrial strategy and manufacturing plan for the CSeries final assembly line.

Participate in the elaboration of production activities sequences for assembly stations.

Balance manpower needs according to organizational needs.

Define labor standards, balance and configure the positions and the assembly line to accommodate the different pace changes, analyze and make observations and take measures to determine the ratios of value-added activities.

Evaluate and propose key indicators to measure productivity of the assembly process and the performance measure.

Identify and propose improvement projects as well as participate and conduct Kaizen workshops in order to solve problems and find solutions, while engaging the team members.

Able to develop comprehensive strategies for industrial engineering.

Elaborate work charters, anteriority diagrams, operations sequences, performance calculations, elaboration of manpower needs, material flow analysis, work measurement, acceleration or decrease of pace.

Define project implementation strategy: content, scope, resources, timeframe, costs, risks, quality management, communications and training.

Industrial Engineering degree (Bachelor Degree is required)

Demonstrate skills in project management.

Must have minimum 8 years%u2019 experience as an Industrial Engineer balancing production lines.

Very good communicator and have good interpersonal skills (French & English). Must be functional in the French language, spoken and written.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Ability to manage priorities and overcome setbacks.

Master industrial engineering techniques and value-added concepts (essential).

Are recognized as having a high level of initiative, autonomy, and innovation and to have practical sense.

Have mastered Microsoft Office tools.

Master with diagnostic tools such as VSM, material flow analysis, capacity analysis, etc.

Must be able to read technical drawings.
