Ensure ESIM rig readiness for Integration, Validation and BA Acceptance in Montreal :
Ensure proper integration of aircraft systems real time simulation models (RTI models),
Support tests of systems functionality (ATM), malfunctions (MCD) and performance (ATG),
Coordinate snags disposition between ESIM supplier and Client,
Ensure proper level of functionality and performance in accordance with CFTC requirements (Client Flight Test Center),
Finalize implementation of RFC's/PCR's,
Ensure rig configuration control and conformity.
Adhere to Change Management process: early identification of issues/changes/impact statement,
Ensure proper coordination and working link between Client and ESIM supplier: monitor progress, adjust schedule, shuffle priorities to meet schedule
Support reviews of ATM (Acceptance Test Manuals), MCD (Malfunctions Control Documents) and ATG (Acceptance Test Guidelines),
Solve problems in a timely fashion and with a high level of quality,
For any given mission/assignment/problem to be solved, work with the team to provide:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in Avionic & Electrical Systems, Systems Simulation and Testing area.
Strong communication skills both in English (written, spoken) and French (spoken).
Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
Have the proper attitude to work with Suppliers.
Must have working knowledge using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
Are a strong team player and can demonstrate superior organizational and leadership skills.
Autonomous and able to work with little to no guidance.
Driven by results.
Familiarity with part FAR25 / 525 certification process and with the ARP4754 standard, FAR25 requirements and the qualification rules pertaining to avionics/electrical systems is an asset.
Demonstrate initiative, a strong sense of responsibilities and good technical judgment.
