Coordinate the engineering activities of the SR&ED (Scientific Research & Experimental Development) tax credit program in Client with the Client taxation organization and a network of Business Units specialists.
Advise and provide training to Business Units specialists on the application of SR&ED tax credit eligibility rules in their activities.
Review and approve projects or SR&ED activities submitted internally by the business units
Develop tools and solutions to support the SR&ED tax credit claim.
Act as the point of contact with Business units and Canada Revenue Agency on technical matters under your responsibility.
Prepare and support audits by the Canada Revenue Agency.
Propose and execute continuous improvements linked to your mandates.
Team player; you share common goals with your business partners and put people first.
Have an engineering background, preferably a master in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or similar degree.
Acquainted with the Canada Revenue Agency SR&ED tax credit program, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience applying the program in Aerospace or other industries.
Understand aerospace technical challenges and look forward to further you understanding of innovation processes.
With an analytical mind, rigour and focus are your strengths.
Are able to concurrently execute regular activities and capture ad hoc opportunities
Possess good leadership and communication skills, and are very comfortable dealing with external parties.
Fluency in both English and French, written and oral forms, is required.
Must be proficient with MS Office applications including MS Project, Power Point, Excel and Access.
Canadian or Canadian Perm Residence only.
