Chipton-Ross is seeking a Marketing & Sales Rep 4 located in Ridley Park, PA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and assembles documentation of data to support management reviews. Participates in reviews with direction. Assists lead negotiator throughout the business negotiation process to help secure customer and vendor commitments. Obtains commitment and approval from internal stakeholders to support changes during the negotiation process. Utilizes detailed understanding of both customer and Client needs and resources to recommend areas of alignment and integration. Leads assigned sales and campaign activities by contributing to the development of strategies and tactics with minimal guidance. Maintains and reports metrics related to campaign status. Leverages company resources to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage, and foster business growth by developing a detailed understanding of specific Client products and services, process and operations, and resources. Supports the integration of knowledge into business strategies and solutions. Researches, reviews and analyzes information about competitors'' products and services to develop a detailed understanding of specific competitor activities and their impact on market positioning to improve our competitive position. Captures and documents specific campaign information related to customer business needs, culture, requirements, and economic and environmental influences by researching available resources, web-sites and publications. Networks with both internal and external resources, when applicable. Assists in the interface with the customer and internal Client resources to keep both apprised of key issues and concerns. Participates in customer meetings with limited scope and responsibility. Assists in the development of customer solutions by performing analysis of customer needs and available resources. Evaluates alternatives and makes recommendations to the internal team leader and management. Formulates requirements for both Client and Industry products and knowledge into recommendations to meet customer needs. Assists in the preparation of management review materials. Assists in the maintenance and advancement of customer relationships by supporting customer meetings and preparation of presentation materials. Analyzes business alternatives to recognize customer needs in relation to the strategic direction of internal Client programs. Supports preparation of proposals by developing themes and discriminators and reviewing the statement of work, cost estimates, executive summary and pricing to ensure customer requirements are met and to improve our competitive position. Monitors proposal status to ensure timely responses. Reviews and contributes to the final draft materials. Assists in the development of strategy and tactics using in-depth knowledge of customer needs, Client products and services and competitive environment. Gathers and analyzes relevant information (e.g., political environment and competitive assessment) from internal and external sources to support strategy development and alignment across the Client enterprise.

o Capture Team Lead experience in the radio communications and satellite business area. Familiar with; Sources Sought (SS), Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposals (RFP), Contracts, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Task Orders/Delivery Orders, Drafts and fast turnarounds.
o Knowledge of and experience in, military radio systems and satellite interface, as pertains to secure networks.
o Ability to write technical volumes in support of a government RFP's
o Ability to interpret government writing and create responses
o Experienced with Army terms and acronyms
o Army Acquisition experience preferred.
o Ability to organize, plan and schedule work.
o Agile, flexible and fluid in dealing with Client and external personnel.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
7:30 AM - 4 PM

MISCELLANEOUS:

Travel Required - 10% Domestic travel
