Description: PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Administrative Assistant - Level 3 for an open position in Grand Prairie, TX.
Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager or senior staff member.
Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; answering manager and senior departmental employee telephones, interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; arranging travel for managers and department employees; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. May take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.

Perform administrative functions to support managers and staff in daily office operations
Receiving and directing visitors
Receives and sorts through all incoming mail and package deliveries
Organize and prepares all outgoing mail and packages
Coordinate meetings; schedule rooms, arrange for supplies, appropriate meals and beverages, as well as coordinate meeting agendas and notices.
Coordinates travel arrangements for staff including preparation of travel requests, reservations (hotel and transportation), registrations (conferences and training courses), and reimbursements
Communicate effectively via phone, E-Mail and mail among staff and members
Managing multiple tasks such as strong active listening while typing and conversing with the customers in addition to filing, data entry, operating multiple computer systems and routing inbound phone calls.
Organize and file documents for easy retrieval using SharePoint and shared drives
Create databases and spreadsheets and/or documents as appropriate.
Destroy documents in accordance with the Retention and disposal Schedule Overall the individual must have excellent oral and written communications skills. Individual must be a self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize required.
Ability to operate general office equipment and perform clerical duties.
Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision a must.
Discretion and confidentiality required.
Ability to work as a team member.
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Must have Secret Clearance , Can start without clearance, Interim Clearance Sufficient.
