PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a candidate for  Assistant position located in Plano, TX.
  •  Process warranty invoices, vehicle buybacks, pre-delivery confirmations, special case chargebacks and warranty parts invoices monthly to a strict schedule. 
  •  Executive meetings and supplier training support (manage logistics, attendance, preparations of documents, ordering supplies and reporting budget costs). 


  •  Monthly Reporting development (run standard queries, export results, load into applications).
  • Quality, Accounting & Finance, Purchasing, TMC QD and NAMC’s

Position Requirements:
  • Computer Software skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Mail
  • Organization skills – handle many tasks, ability to prioritize work, ability to manage filing systems (physical files & electronic files)
  • Enjoys working with numbers, math, basic calculations, basic accounting (debit/credit)

Must Haves Requirements:

  • Advanced/Intermediate MS Excel skills: calculations, graphs, images
  • Strong Communication skills: clear, concise, polite – frequent Executive interactions
  • Attention to Detail / Accuracy: dealing with invoices & supplier charges, must be correct

Preferred Requirements:

  • MS Excel – experience with pivot tables and macros
  • MS SharePoint – experience using SharePoint
  • Ability to challenge inefficient processes, provide recommendations for improvements
  • Ability to document/visualize work (process steps)
