Description: PDS Tech, Inc.is seeking a Recruiter for an open position in Windsor Locks, CT. Projects include, but are not limited to the following: • Full-cycle recruiting support of business-priority and discipline specific job requirements including requirements’ intake and management of recruiting strategy with hiring managers and HR leads. • High-level recruiting activity to identify and deliver candidates to address talent gaps across the business. • Strategic sourcing of passive candidates and applicants through multiple channels and resources. • “Pipeline” passive candidate profiles, developing innovative processes for candidate management. • Support Diversity initiatives through strategic diversity recruiting efforts including goal setting, management of diversity conference hiring including pre-conference logistics, job postings, candidate screening, conference interviews and reference checks. • Manage monthly performance metrics as well as continuous improvement efforts. • Data analysis and presentation development • Opportunity to assist HR Managers with other tasks and key processes • Provide best in class customer service to client groups and employees • Influencing a positive and engaged culture Basic Qualifications •
4+ years of professional recruiting experience in either a Corporate or Agency-based organization.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
Strong project management skills.
Proven ability to identify and source exceptional talent into an organization.
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, Pipelining applications, and on-line recruiting resources.
Outstanding communication ability and working with a high sense of urgency.
Demonstrated efficiency with Time-management and organizational prioritization.
Proven ability to efficiently manage competing priorities.
Aerospace industry knowledge is preferred but not required.
