Configuration Management

Responsibilities:
• Support Process Engineering Changes; focus on data and change management documentation, not involving actual Engineering design work.
• Support analysis and updating of Excel spreadsheets to track the Engineering Change Accomplishment Records for manufacturing incorporations.
• Support processing of Subcontractor Data Requirement Lists
• Prepare and route associated emails requesting approvals, archiving documents and updating the database to reflect accomplishments.

Qualifications:
• Proficient in writing changes in Teamcenter or another major Product Data Management System
• Must have exceptional team relationship skills as well as exceptional attention to detail and quality
• Must demonstrate good written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstrated effective time management skills
*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education and Experience:
• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics preferred, from an accredited 4-year university or college.
• Ideal candidate should have between 1-3 years of relevant experience
