Description: PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a candidate for Communications Specialist 2 position located in Sacramento, CA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works in support of Mobility E&LC on employee and executive-level programs and produces an editorial calendar in support of these efforts
Supports and executes employee and leadership communications strategy to promote and support the mission, objectives and business goals of the organization
Works closely with the Corporate Communications and MO teams in the implementation of internal communications strategies, including support of the intranet and corporate publishing, including monthly newsletter, intranet articles and internal announcements.

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English or related field
7-10 years of experience with a strong emphasis in strategic employee communication, change management, internal company journalism or comparable work
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and competing deadlines
Experienced with vendors, suppliers or agencies
Proven ability to influence and succeed in complex work environment
Strong communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation
Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Strong attention to details
Organizational skills, ability to multi task and prioritize tasks
Ability to work effectively within a complex, multi-layered organization
