Description: PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a candidate for the Administrative Assistant III position located in Hayward, CA.
Advanced administrative responsibilities include preparation of more complex reports/presentations and analysis using various software packages and databases.
Is considered a specialist in the department or division, responsible for a complete process of complex nature.
Duties will include determining methods and procedures used to accomplish tasks.
The Administrative Assistant III will be to provide high level professional phone and email support for sales personnel, internal teams and external Customers.
Candidate must possess strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Visio, MS Project and SharePoint.
Responsibilities: Documentation Maintenance Database Key Entry Processing new customer requests Distributing documentation and reports Following up with Sales Force and customers Working with Customers and Sales Force on technology migrations Assisting with special projects as needed

Ability to manage multiple tasks in with minimal supervision
MS Office products to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Project.
Education: The desired Administrative Assistant III will possess a high school diploma.
