2191 - STRUCTURAL STRESS INTEGRATOR - resume word doc only
Perform sizing and support design activities for major interfaces between Structural Suppliers.
Monitor, support and provide guidance to the work package Structural Suppliers to ensure a quality product and supporting documentation are produced.
Ensure the harmonization of sizing methodologies and guidelines between the Structures work packages.
Review and approve structural substantiation reports from the Structural Suppliers.
Support the development, execution and revision of data for material allowable and sub-component structural testing.
Participate and assist in the coordination of Certification activities that directly pertains to the work package.
Provide clear visibility to management of the status and/or emerging issues related to the supported activities.
Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
Previous experience in Aircraft Structural substantiation analysis.
Knowledge and experience of structural sizing methodologies as well as allowable and sub-component testing for composite material is a definite asset.
This position requires a confident, knowledgeable and energetic person with excellent communication and listening skills that is able to work in a team environment.
Must have experience using Patran and Nastran.
Must have working knowledge of Catia V5.
Previous experience in an integration role or function is required.
Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Must have excellent communication skills.
