2386 - MECHANICAL STRESS ENGINEER - cv, word doc only

Description:
Checking technical drawings.

Stress Analyzing and write stress rapport for mechanical tools and equipment.

Sign and seal design drawings for mechanical tools and equipment (lifting devices, staging, etc.).

Communicate with other departments: methods, planning, production, etc.

Mechanical Engineering degree.

Experience between 5-10 years.

Member of OIQ.

Must have knowledge and experience of mechanical systems.
Experience in welding and CWB group.

Knowledge of design STD (CSA, ANSI, ISO, ASME, etc)

Experience in at least one of the following skills in the structural integrity qualification (loads, stress, fatigue and damage tolerance) of airplane components.

Knowledge of aircraft structure and system installation technical requirements ( TCCA, FAA & EASA ) is an asset.

Must have Experience of working with new design and must be able to demonstrate understanding of aircraft component load path and functions.

Must have experience using Patran and Nastran.

Must have working knowledge of Catia V5, finite element modeling and analysis.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Bilingual - French and English, spoken and written.

Must be computer literate and familiar with commonly used software ( MS Office ).
